If you have an IPIN and you are registered, you can use the Online Entry Service of the ITF.
Entry deadline is Thursday July 17th 2025 by 14.00 Hrs GMT (Thursday 18 days prior to the Monday of the Tournament week).
Withdrawal deadline for Main Draw and Qualifying is Tuesday July 22nd 2025 by 14.00 Hrs GMT (Tuesday 13 days before Monday of the Tournament week).
Freeze deadline preceding the Tournament week is Thursday July 31st 2025 by 14.00 Hrs GMT (Thursday preceding the Tournament Week).
Qualifying Draw: 32 players
Sunday August 3rd and Monday August 4th 2025.
Sign-in for the qualifying draw at the referee's office on Saturday August 2nd 2025 before 18.00 Hrs.
Entry fee 36 Euro.
Singles Main Draw: 32 players
From Monday August 4th to Sunday August 10th 2025.
Players are not required to sign in.
Entry fee 36 Euro.
Final on Sunday August 10th 2025 at 15.00 Hrs.
Doubles: 16 teams
From Tuesday August 5th to Saturday August 9th 2025.
Sign-in deadline is Monday August 4th 2025 by 14.00 Hrs.
Entry fee 18 Euro per player (if not in Main Draw).
Final on Saturday August 9th 2025 at 19.00 Hrs.

1 red clay court (center court) in front of the town hall, Zeelaan 303, Koksijde-Bad.
6 red clay courts in the tennis club T.C. Koksijde, Zeelaan 72, Koksijde-Dorp.

Extra housing
If you need extra housing for family or friends, take in account that the tournament takes place in the busiest period of the summer. Please make your reservation well in advance.

Report to the referee
Upon arrival players are to report to the referee. The referee's office is located on the ground floor of the new town hall in Koksijde-Bad. At this time of the summer season there is a lot of traffic and it may take time to find a parking place. We wouldn't want you to check-in too late.
Address: Koksijde, Zeelaan 303, Theaterplein. Find it on Google Maps.
Arrival by car
There is an underground parking called "PARKING KURSAALLAAN" in the Kursaallaan, near the referee's office. The first 59 parking minutes are free. There is another (free) parking within walking distance near the church (Jaak Van Buggenhoutlaan) and in the Tennisclub as well (Zeelaan 72).
There is a shuttle service from the tennisclub to the referee's office for free, but only on demand (ask info in the tennisclub or contact the tournament info desk +32 (0)58 53 21 26) or via WhatsApp +32 486 345 537.
Arrival at Brussels National Airport and by train to Koksijde
Walk to the train station in the airport and ask/buy/book a ticket to Koksijde. Koksijde is on the line to De Panne.

It is possible to mail and surf for free in the players lounge. Ask for info in infodesk.
A free hotspot near center court allows the use of your own device. A laptop with internet connection is always available in the players' lounge.
Transportation
We provide free transportation from Friday August 1st 2025 on between Koksijde railway station, hotel Domein Westhoek and other hotels to the tennis club and practice courts. Thanks to our sponsor Devisch.
